Craigslist: Before Hiring a Mover
Dave Loucks of the PA Public Utility Commission was
working with Craigslist to make them aware of the problem
of numerous unlicensed household moving services
advertising on their website. As a result Craigslist cooperated and added the link "BEFORE HIRING A MOVER"
to the top of the page of each Pennsylvania city. This is also available to several other state PUC's as you will see. The public can now get information directly from the PA PUC website
or any other appropriate state or federal agency. This will be of value and a good resource for the public.
